Shipping Policy
1. Shipping and Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed the same day after payment confirmation. For deliveries within Greater Accra and Tema, estimated delivery is same-day if the order is placed before 4:00pm. For deliveries outside Greater Accra and Tema, estimated delivery is 2–3 business days. We will contact you directly when the rider picks up your delivery.
2. Shipping Costs
Orders over GH₵300 qualify for free delivery within Greater Accra and Tema.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as Yango Deliveries, Qargo, and Turbo Prints deliveries to ensure timely delivery. Customers can choose their preferred delivery method during checkout, where applicable.
4. Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
5. Shipping Damage and Loss
We take care to package items securely to prevent damage during transit. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us the same day with photos of the damage for resolution. In case of lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate the item or provide a replacement or refund.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within the same day of receipt, subject to our return policy. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
