Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Turbo Prints website and any purchase, custom order, or quote request made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time; the price charged is the one shown at checkout when your order is placed.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Paystack via card or Mobile Money. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully verified. We do not store your card or mobile money PIN details.

3. Custom Orders and Artwork

For custom or bulk orders, you confirm that any artwork, logo, or image you submit is either your own or that you have the right to have it printed. We reserve the right to decline any artwork that infringes on copyright or trademark, or that is offensive or unlawful. Custom pricing quoted is valid for the timeframe stated in the quote unless otherwise agreed.

4. Order Fulfilment

Turnaround times, delivery methods, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. We aim to fulfil every order as described but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and damage claims are handled according to our Shipping Policy. Custom-printed items made to your specification are not eligible for return unless faulty or not matching the approved proof.

6. Limitation of Liability

Turbo Prints is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order itself.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
